Yesterday’s small plane crash in Melville was captured on video as Long Islanders stood helplessly by, in what was a sight that most likely none of them will ever forget.

Long Islanders on the ground in Melville couldn’t help but look up as the squadron of  the GEICO Skytypers Air Show Team flew above them when suddenly one of the planes fell from the sky and spiraled out of control to the earth. When professional tennis player Julia Elbaba fell into conversation with Oyster Bay volunteer firefighter and Billy Joel tribute band singer Joseph Siciliano on the LIRR a few Saturdays ago, the last thing she expected to do was spark a spontaneous singalong, but that’s exactly what happened!

WATCH: Steve Perry Shocks ‘Idol’ Contestant Who Sings ‘Don’t Stop Believin’

American Idol contestant Gabby Barrett sang a pretty kick ass version of Journey’s ‘Don’t Stop Believin’ for the show’s finale, then surprise guest Steve Perry knocked out Barrett and the crowd proclaiming her performance “the most amazing version I’ve ever heard!” Watch Perry critique Barrett’s performance above.

Sting and Shaggy Bring Joint Tour to Brand New ‘Rooftop at Pier 17’

Sting and Shaggy are taking their collaboration on the road this fall with the “44/876” joint tour. The co-headlining junket comes to The Rooftop at Pier 17 in NYC on 9/26.

Sting and Shaggy plan to play selections from their new album, as well as collaborate on each other’s hits, such as “Every Breath You Take,” “Englishman in New York,” “Mr. Boombastic” and “It Wasn’t Me.”

We’ve been waiting years for the Queen movie but given the exciting trailer above it’s going to be hard to wait even just a few more months to see the finished product. I don’t want to be over dramatic, but the trailer gave me goosebumps! ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ stars Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury and is scheduled for release on November 2nd.
