The biggest stars of classic rock came together at the Desert Trip Festival this weekend in an unprecedented event that featured Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, Roger Waters and the Who. Paul McCartney and Neil Young electrified the crowd when they got together to perform the Beatles ‘A Day in the Life’ and ‘Why Don’t We Do it in The Road’. The Rolling Stones, in a nod to their British Invasion rivals performed The Beatles ‘Come Together’ in their set Friday night. Too bad McCartney didn’t walk out to lend his support. That no doubt would have sent the crowd into a frenzy! Watch those moments and more from the Desert Trip Fest below.
